♦ I was responsible for bringing the internal stakeholders up to speed with the innovative technologies and knowledge base by developing and presenting standardization and technical documentation, reports, charts,  training sessions, and one-on-one mentoring.

• Provided technical support on a time critical project of converting 167 reports from Cognos to WebFOCUS to ensure the successful completion within the critical time frame.

• Analyzed specifications and Cognos applications, developed content, and tested results.

• Developed standards, best practices, and tips and techniques, documentation for development, maintenance, and support. This decreased support and maintenance times by ~50% .

• Created presentations for Lunch-N-Learn sessions to WebFOCUS Developers and business users.
